They are creating new War beasts, like Gore was. I was that wild "What if." Normally, infants are taken and experimented on. I was taken as an adult. They were wondering if adults would have a similar result. Nothing similar happened, nothing at all happened to me. But they keep doing it. If I completed this, I would be free.
