RUMBLE GRIMOIRE 2nd and 3rd to count as a win? please vote
How annoying is it if you are a PVE player on destiny! crucible players can always get all grimoire even if they are not great at PVE due to LFG and having a good fireteam and it being easier as you get higher up as a character also!!!! I am crap at crucible hands down, im getting older and my reaction time isnt the same also lol, but have done nearly all grimoire and committed hard to the game, even managed to reach the lighthouse which should be the pinnacle of the game as an achievement showing its still a fire team and friendly based game. i try and try as a PVE player to get 1st in Rumble but get 2nd or 3rd and thats not all the time but at least allow that to count as a point or half!! Ive read a lot of chats/forums and people are saying the same even second place would be good!!!!! please be far and think about all players wanting complete, hope to hear back soon or to see a positive change for PVE players for once!!!!! if you also believe a change should be made please guys take a moment to vote even if your a crucible player. i know i would defo enjoy the game a bit more if i had to come 2nd or 3rd place.

1 ReplyYeah that's pretty steep. I only started enjoying pop not too long ago (I guess I'm ok now). But 100 wins when only first place counts for one person is pushing it for me. I love playin this game and I've grinder almost everything, but that's simply idiotic. I have other things to do in my life.

33 RepliesYou need to earn it like the rest of us, it will only make you a better player It's the best gamemode, trust me, learn to use your opponents aggression against them. mix up your movement and keep them guessing, fake them out with a slide one time, then come flying around the corner the next. If you only slide you will die quickly since great players always pick up on patterns and habbits. Use grenades often and effectively, always have an escape route in mind, not too run away but to take cover, there are very few times you get away from an elite rumble player Your primary is your best friend, your special weapon is an added bonus, since you can't always get to the ammo boxes And my biggest tip to you. Don't stay in one place for too long, someone is gonna want that spot too, and eventually two people will, that's when you move and get anyone going to your old spot

1 ReplyFor me is a lot simpler because I don't care about score. My thought on it is "if it ain't got no card I'm not doing it" I like to read G.cards but a score in a video game is not something I strive for but more power to ppl who do.

Your complaining about Rumble and PVP when you've gone Flawless in Trials? Use your Doctrine and a Shotgun. Put Armor of light on for your bubble and use it with saint 14 helm. You should be fine.

1 ReplyTop three seems fair. In any other Crucible mode, half the players are awarded a win and half a loss. At least for Grimoire, Rumble should be no different.

Recently got my 100 wins and I've become a lot better at pvp for it. Wins a win 2nd and 3rd shouldn't count as grimoire

1 ReplyIt's a grinder but it feels good when you complete it. Set small goals with it. I started by doing 3 games a day and aiming to win 1 of them. learn the spawns and be prepaid for the other person trying to spawn kill you. As you find yourself winning 2 of the 3 games and getting a feel for it, up the bump to 5 and so on. This grind can be fun but you have to keep it simple at first so you don't get all pissed off. You got this bro. 25 wins a week and you are done. Not a hard goal to meet even if you are a scurb player like me.

1 ReplyAs a PvE player, I know the pain. I'm not even going to attempt Rumble wins. Though as a long time Trophy hunter, I'll say simply, if you can't get it, you don't deserve it. Too often in the Playstation Trophy scene, you'll get people complaining about trophies being difficult or exclusive and they'd draft 'petitions' to have them changed, but every time, it's just a matter of 'if you can't get it, you don't deserve it' That's all there is to it really.

Maybe I would accept it if players beforehand hadn't done it with only 1st, but since it's been proven to be able to be done by a lot of players, there is no reason to change it. Git gud. As a PvP player, I hate PvE, and I hated getting the calcified fragments and doing the raid. I haven't raided Kings Fall since December. It's only fair to require the best of the best for max grimiore.
