I don't think you grasp the way the law works. You provided literally 0 references showing fault, negligence, misleading, breach of contract, tampering, failure to provide services, or any other actions which would warrant a lawsuit.

That and if you did not fill out a waiver within 30days of playing you signed a waiver to pursue a class action lawsuit. Look at the EULA
