Just reduce the base damage it does to the body. Its a precision weapon for crying out loud so that's why everyone gets easy kills from body shots

It's more annoying that you can get bodied then finished by primary but it is annoying that everyone just camps like a bitch which I get thats what snipers should do but they aim at head level and wait for someone to move around the corner or hallway then pull trigger I don't want to feel the need to check every single goddamn hallway or corner to make sure I'm safe. And I sure as hell am tired of getting sniped at DOCTRINE OF PASSING RANGE
