Yes they can do the actual shoulder charge in any direction the camera is facing but they cannot actually turn that fast in the build up so if you are 90 degrees to their left they can turn the camera towards you and charge in a tight corner or even backwards but it makes it a whole lot harder to land it at that moment but yes it is possible. But If you cant gun them down in time it is your best Plan B to just go sideways as far as possible. I play a striker as main from the start of the game so im telling you my experience from the point of how I see players evade from me instead of being the one evading.
