Do you really think this has no correlation to real life? You think there wasn't a kid who had parents who bought him or her an old console and maybe a game or two, when they really couldn't afford it? You think no one had that problem when this game came out? You are an extremely narrow-minded person if you believe a lick of that, and you have no understanding of what a struggle is. There are people who never even purchased the DLC. Any of it. Know why? Because they couldn't afford to buy it. Their old system and everything they own was either a hand-me-down or bought with money that wasn't really meant for it. And maybe, just [i]maybe[/i], that game is an escape from that kid's life, even if it's only for an hour.
"Saving 50 cents a day" means nothing to the struggling man/woman, because you're not in a position to save that 50 cents. You need to use all of it just to live in a semi-decent state.
