Yet another child who feels entitled to something because they're not upgrading but spent their money, knowing Destiny is a game that requires you to constantly stay up to date.

Guess what, same happened for people who didn't upgrade to The Taken King. They weren't able to do it because as the game moves on, these two events must as well.

And this is the worst of the ideas.
Adding, Year One armour & weapons have different upgrade guidelines compared to Year Two. So when someome where to finally move forward, they'll be carrying forward broken gear that doesn't fit the current mold that Bungie intended.

Well won't those playlist like Iron banner and and trials of Osiris still pop up for them? Imagine if you want to play elimination but it's Friday and trials is up. Trials takes the place of elimination and you can't access elimination. Or Iron banner takes up a slot of a game mode that could've been inferno clash.

I don't think he fully understands why last-gen is being dropped. As far as infusion, I don't see that happening. Bungie took it out because they said it was hurting the game.

This is a game AND system upgrade. And some of us can't afford to buy both of these things and move forward right now. Some people have plenty of money or really good jobs and don't understand the plight of people not in as fortunate a situation. The only reason I'm able to play Destiny is at one point I HAD a job and bought a PS3. When that fell through I decided to go to college and spend my time as a full time student and get a degree. Which means I haven't bothered with trying to get a job while doing so. I stay in the dorms and I play Destiny because they have internet here and I managed to save just enough money along the way for Destiny and it's expansions. As of right now I can't upgrade systems because I need to graduate and start my career first. Then I'll have enough to spare for something like this. And as far as the Crucible stuff. I'm pretty sure Rift, Control, and Clash don't have Iron Banner rewards. And Elimination doesn't have Trials of Osiris rewards. So what you said there doesn't make sense. And before you say anything about that I want to go on record that I'm not asking for the Actual Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris events to continue. I'm just asking for access to the things that we've already paid for on Legacy Consoles. That's not unreasonable. In most things in real life if you pay for it... it's yours. Or you get to use it for as long as you pay for it. That's how this should work too. Because I'm not asking for NEW stuff. Like the new Iron Banner stuff that will be coming out for RIse of Iron. NO. I'm asking for access to the current stuff we've already paid for on legacy consoles: Year Two stuff and maybe Year One stuff. Since IF you are staying on a legacy console you are stuck in Year Two anyways. It's not unfair. The infusion thing is just a bonus idea and I don't really care if that one goes through or not much. lol

Well I had no problem and all the people I know from my generation had no problem. Even if you only do it for a couple of weeks to raise the money it can be done. Priorities man. I worked parttime two or three days and had off certain days and fit gaming in just fine.

Damn, you really are entitled, go read the tos and all that stuff, you don't own anything in this game, they could shut it all down today for ps3/x360 and ps4/x1 and there isn't anything any of us could do, stop being a little bitch and just deal with it, you don't deserve anything, especially not a "gift" for being broke

You play for then license to play for the content that stays in this year you got your year's worth of the content. Iron Banner and Trials Of Osiris are love events as they go on and off for certain amounts of time, they will further carry on with the game while legacy players are left behind. Just like when The Dark Below launched, just like when House Of Wolves launched, just like when The Taken King launched. Also, quite frankly I couldn't care less to hear your sob story. You can't upgrade? Too bad, Bungie shouldn't have to waste resources on the 10% left behind.

Bungie would be wasting resources on people who are in the small 10% being left behind rather than working on reworking Destiny'a sequel and working towards fixes between RoI and Sequel.
