Say what you would about the eldar they had skill in fighting. Though some were afraid, others used the decades of training to hold their lines.
Sorry about the extremely late reply.
*Shadow leaps through their lines, her armor shattering the blades wielded against her. A low chuckle comes from under the armor's demonic visage as she cleaves three heads from their shoulders with a single swing. Tying off the weaves for the illusions she begins another set of incantations under her breath. She wades through the lines of eldar, her pure-black armor covered in the blood of her foes. She begins to give fatal blows that do not consist of severing heads, rather, she slashes breastplates with ease and leaves them to bleed out as she continues her incantation.*

The eldar fought hard, and with ferocity. The majority were attacking the mercenarius as they had guessed that end held the least amount of men. Quintus and his retinue of legionnaires were holding the center. Elsewhere the eldar were sacrificing slaves to summon daemons.

Edited by TwiggierTiger22: 7/31/2016 12:33:16 AM*Shadow feels the flow of death energy, drawn to it. She finishes her incantation as she begins to head towards the wellspring of power. Behind her is a grisly scene. The bodies left for dead on both sides begin to stir, Shadow's power bringing unlife to their limbs. They begin to attack the eldar; mercenary, legionary and dark eldar bodies rising again to attack the foe. Each combatant that falls to a blade rises again. Shadow cackles madly as she heads deeper into the defenses, searching for that wellspring of power*

A few of the legionnaires were not keen on their friends being tools, but the raising of the dead had no effect on the eldar. They in turn summoned two giant daemons, one large one smaller, the larger one attacked everything and the smaller one targeted humans specifically.
-
[has no reference for size so will use vague terms for them until then]
*Shadow charges into the smaller deamon, slamming it into the ground. She leaps up on top of it, driving her sword into it's belly. The sword's power activates, draining the deamon of its energy.* "Weakling, letting yourself be summoned to this plane."
-
The larger daemon seats at her, trying to help its comrade. It leaked a dark cloud of gas that healed daemonic creatures and hurt normal people as it tried to kill her.
-
*The rounds ricochet off her armor as she stands, breathing deep the mist. Her eyes alight as it empowers her, calling deep within her. A flick of her wrist severs the neck of the smaller deamon, blood spraying as she leaps towards the larger, her sword swinging for the deamon's neck*
-
The smaller daemon died slowly and the large one tried to claw her off.
-
*She dodges the claws as her sword rips downwards, gutting the deamon as she slips downwards. Spinning around she rips the sword out of its gut and slices its legs from its body, landing on the ground in a crouch. Straightening up she lets the deamon impale its head on her sword. The body begins to crumble to dust as her sword absorbs its energy.* "That was a fun game. Maybe we can play later..."

With the daemons dead the dark eldar were overrun by the legionnaires and the mercenarius. Quintus lead the charge, alongside his bodyguard, however Claudius and a few centuries had quit the field at the appearance of the daemon, though few of the men left of fear or. Loyalty to Claudius.
