So I had this idea. Destiny can take a very competitive turn by releasing a DLC called the "Clan Wars" where there is a civil war between the guardians after discovering a new power and individual clans vying for the highly coveted power/weapon. I know it gets creepily close to the plot of Halo, but...it's all one big happy family, right? Bungie could essentially write out a requirement for all Clans; a clan must have a set "sheet" of parameters (like no more than 6 people per squad, 3 squads maximum) class and subclass population distribution among the clans, personally designed clan logos, No NSFW Clan names, weapon type-requirements among the population of the clan, etc. Basically, in a style like iron banner, the clans duke it out in a series of crucible playlists in a tournament-style elimination, crowning 1 winning clan per region. sound cool?
