Because he needs to choose a low damage scout to justify his arguement. Also Ele damage doesn't do jack shit other than take down shields faster/slower depending in the shield, not to mention it only does more damage with a burn active. Having ele primaries wasn't an issue at all really, don't really get why they had to take that away from players
