Only because pub teams can't coordinate enough to fight that strategy.
A clan team of mine beat two teams trying to run that strategy. It simple, but you need to talk to pull it off.
The strategy only works if you try to attack them one or two at a time, which allows them to camp and team shoot you in return.
Instead, you just cap the two [i]other[/i] control points and force them to come out and fight for points that are being effectively defended.
It forces them to go on offense, and forced them to fight against a matched opponent rather than always having a numerical advantage.
Even if they manage to retake points you slowly wear them down because they never control more than one point at a time.
