So tonight, I managed to track down and collect the last two fragments I needed for my main Hunter to have all 50. I went to complete that step in my MoT book, (the last I needed for Rank 5) but it says "Eris Morn's Revenge" is incomplete. I asked some of my buddies I was playing with, and one of them said the same thing happened to him. His solution was to close Destiny and re-open it. So I did just that. When I loaded it back up, the book still said that it was incomplete. So I decided to give it a little time to register. I got off for about an hour, hopped on Netflix, and finished the first season of Limitless. (amazing show BTW) I just got back on to see if anything had changed, but to my surprise, nothing did.
