Tlaloc Should Have Elemental Damage
[b]When Tlaloc's Exotic Perk is Active, it should gain elemental damage matching your Subclass.[/b]
This makes sense Story-wise, since the Overflow perk is using the Warlock's Light to power the gun.
And since the weapon is all about trading your super, it seems fair that you should be able to use it for elemental damage your super would have done.
Also, we need more Exotic Elemental Primaries other than Zhalo Supercell, and this seems like a good place to start.
p.s. You know how Bishop from X-Men can channel energy into his gun? Same idea.

Imagine if a weapon had the same perk as Susanno where an elemental kill will change the element of the weapon for a short time

One thing I do wish is tha the tlaloc was available for all classes instead of just warlock only. This gun is amazing in my opinion but oh well lol. Elemental would be an interesting idea to have on this gun. Kind of like that fusion rifle that changes elements depending on what subclass you have on. I may be wrong on this and it has been a long time since I played this game so hardly remember anything.

2 RepliesNo, it's already a much better weapon than both of the other class exclusives. Each exclusive has one thing that makes it unique, Tlalocs is increased RoF without decreased damage, Ace of Spades is +1 bullet to it's mag per precision kill, and Fabian Strategy turns from a Monte Carlo, into a Doctrine of Passing.

If Tlaloc gets elemental damage, people will immediately want one for the others. Tlaloc should only get one, and same thing for the others. Maybe we get to choose what element it is?

It is good enough, yet using the Fabian Strategy a couple times and then tell me that Tlaloc isn't good enough already.

1 Replylooking at this from my and other warlock point of view there is nothing I would want more than to have my favorite weapon in the game buffed this away this is an awesome idea and I think it is perfect for how the gun operates. But now looking at it from probably around the remaining 2/3 of the community this is not a good idea lol it would mostlikely make this already beast of a gun way to OP. Yes we give up our super to make this gun a beast but adding elemental damage to it would b too much. I'd expect if bungie did add it we would recieve a nurf of some sort with it being added or shortly after it being added to it and idk about you but I'd honslestly rather have them not even touch the gun than to do something that I'm 99.99999999% sure would end n a nerf and me not liking it any more. Now going off of what u said and how the taloac works you gave me an idea that I believe everyone would agree on and have no problem with. And that idea is to just add the subclass animation to the gun exactly how the warlock exclusive fusion rifle is. Add what ever subclass is like if I have solar equipped when my super is full add a slight solar glow to the gun and have the rounds coming out solar looking rounds and same for void and arc classes.

i would like it to go by any element you are for a subclass is the element you use.. would work great for nightfalls... but other then that not so much for pve or pvp...

12 RepliesAs cool as I think this idea is, I can definitely see where it would become a problem. Imagine running a Void warlock with Tlaloc against a team of Bubble Titans...Tlaloc would destroy them, and their Midas without a second thought. UniRems wouldn't matter because they'd never be in range. I say that having run a full fireteam of bubbles during this IB. I think the weapon is good as is, let it ride and do its thing.

Doesn't affect the PvP crybabies at all and sounds good for all class weapons. Fabian needs some kind of buff to make it worth using. Side note: Boolean Gemini perk should have both kick in, make the or an and
