Yeah that's an awesome idea...but wait, bungie didn't think so. That's how it was before the April update, but then they lowered the impact need to res snipe, make high rof snipers (glass promontory, weylorans March, you know...basically scout rifles) able to res snipe. Makes no sense to me and made people with not much skill with snipers able to pick up these snipers (which should only be worth using in 6v6 imo like it used to be) and compete with high impact snipers like 1k yard, due to the ability to body shot ppl extremely easy with high stability and high rof.
