Nerf Universal Remote!
I can't believe that you think this weapon is balanced! In the Hands of a Warlock are this weapon like godmode! And it's incredible that you do nothing!!! Nerf the damage that you need first the Bonus damage from Crowd Control to make Onehit on range! Everyting else is unfair. This weapon dominate the pvp since the nerf of Mida! Do you want to have a new Mida as a Shotgun??? Fix that Problem!

So, jusy so we're clear; 1) you want the dmg nerfed & the perk dmg nerfed back. 2) you don't want anyone using it (particularly to hunt you down) 3) UR you think is the new "meta". My god, seriously? I guess you're too young a kinderguardian to have seen the felwinters lie period, now *that* was an insane wpn. 4 ) it's best if no-one uses it....at all...ever. Here's a thing to know- Life's a bitc* and then you die.
