Emotes are neat and all, though most of them consist of variants to the already overrated dance emote, that don't actually convey any alternative meaning to that of the default dance - People use them to annoy others, or to celebrate a good drop or completion of an obstacle, but that's kinda it, which is why my favourite emotes are 'Pumped up' (Which I usually refer to as 'Cheer', and use whenever I get a decent drop), and 'Sorrow' because it's me every time I complete a Raid or Nightfall activity. So I reckon that a lot of people are going to be disappointed if we can't customise all of our emotes by the time of Rise of Iron's release, and I believe that it may be something that we'll be seeing for this reason. Thus, I propose a large Eververse expansion that consists of... Rest Emotes :D The Rest emote is something that I use all the time, whether I've just finished a raid, I'm chillin' at the tower, or I'm trying to get attention from an NPC that doesn't seem too friendly towards me. I reckon it'd be interesting if we could customise our Rest emotes, so that we have more variety :) A few ideas for Rest emotes: -Sleeping / Lying down -Yawning and stretching our arms out before entering the default rest position -Male/Female rest emotes for the opposite gender (Why are these different anyways? I prefer the male one personally, and would like to be able to use it on my female hunter, which is my main character). -Kneeling down (Then I can fall the way that master Crota fell). -Kicking feet up and relaxin' (Sparrow rest emote because why not?) -Meditation -Year one Nightfall wings (Same as ordinary emote, only you get fire wings whilst under the emote) -Super Rest (Transform into your Super Ability during the rest animation - Visual only, and will not have any effect on your Super meter or state of your character). Would be nice if we could also see these emotes as drops from raids (Kneeling down from Crota's End for example), Nightfall strikes, and Trials of Osiris Lighthouse rewards as well as Eververse.
