"...players with poor connections should be less frustrating to fight." They should be, YES! However, the crucible is in a steady state of decline thanks to the ever-present lag. It is beyond me how the problem gets worse and worse as time goes on. If you could go ahead and implement Damage Referee, as described by Paul, that would be great....
