Inside of the Dojo, there was a slight...conflict.
"Really Patches?!"
"WHAT?!"
The two known as Patches and Anri were fighting again. Patches, in his typical leather suit, had been busy all week. Constantly busy, building, not even helping the Dojo. Meanwhile, Anri was in her knight armor, though her helmet was off, revealing her pale blond face.
From what could be seen? They were pissed at eachother.
"You know how damn busy I am right now, and I don't need help."
"Just let me help you, plea-"
"Oh hell no. Last time you tried "helping" me, I nearly died.
Now get lost!"
Shaking her head, Anri left. Heading towards the training grounds. Patches stayed, grumbling as he was pulling things out of a large box of some sort.
Open. This'll be a prelude to the thing I talked about in a post earlier.
He looks over his shoulder "Ah sorry, didn't here you come in. I was just fixin myself some dinner. Would you like some?"
-
"Sure, thank you."
-
"Go ahead and have a seat He places two steaks on plates and places them in the table. He pours himself a glass of red wine "You want some?"
-
She sits down, yawning. "Yes, please." Although it seemed somewhat obvious that Anri had seen the pictures and grave, she tried to keep it hidden. For the moment, anyway.
-
He pours her a glass "So, I take it you saw the garden?"
-
"Yes. And...the grave. I'm sorry for your loss..."
-
""Mm, thank you. She passed when Sera and I were young. On my 5th birthday in fact, Sera had turned 4 as well." He sips his wine, swirling it around the glass "Zane was the happiest back then, nowadays not so much. He hasn't been the same since she died..."
-
"She sounds like a good person. What's Sera's story?"
-
He hesitates "Im sorry, that's one I'm story I can't tell, not yet"
-
"Oh, I didn't mean to..." Anri sighs. "I'm sorry. I've lost family too."
-
"Its ok, hers is just the hardest to tell." He glances at the time "Where did the time go? It past midnight now."
-
"Oh wow. Didn't realize how late it was...huh." She laughs a little.
-
" Indeed, I should be getting some rest, your welcome to stay the night if you wish. The guest room hasn't been used in quite some time."
-
"I guess I'll stay, thanks. You're too nice, Y'know."
-
"I try to be, Guest room is the first door on the right once your up the stairs. If you need anything my room is on the left." He gets up and places the leftovers in the fridge, then walks upstairs "And thanks again for saving my life"
-
"No problem. Thanks again." Anri proceeds onwards to the guest room, opening the door and looking around.
-
There is a dresser facing the Queen sized bed, and next to the bed is a nightstand with a lamp one one side, and a mini fridge on the other
-
"Oh. This is sorta...comfy." Anri sits down on the bed, sighing. She looks in the mini-fridge, to see if anything had been left inside.
-
Inside are bottles of water and various juices
-
"Nice." She sits back on the bed. "Well...best get to bed." She starts removing armor and weapons. Until she's left with a simple suit of cloth, really. She sets the weapons and armor under the bed. "Goodnight, I guess." Anri falls asleep.
-
Hours pass, and dawn breaks through the windows onto Anri's face
-
She's snoring. Until of course, she wakes up. Anri yawns, heading downstairs in her knight armor.

"Ey.." She mumbles, as if still tired.

He gets up, going into the kitchen "Morning, sleep well?"
