I'll say this "I suck at pvp!," and I have fun with my friends joking around but the best part of Iron Banner is that I have been using a fitness game while I play. Burpees and squats between matches. Every week I work out pretty religiously but when Iron Banner comes around I make it a point to have good times with friends. I work out in the morning with a friend in real life, hit work and try to do some form of exercise every hour(drop and do 20 pushups) then get off of work and come home for the banner and more exercise.
Every time I die(like I said I suck) i do 5 pushups. If I die with my super its 10. During matchmaking its at least 20-30 squats and 10 jumping jack burpees or man makers/santana T's. I've done this for every Iron banner and that along with my regular routine I've lost 70 lbs(accident at work). I'm going back to Jiu-jitsu and boxing this summer and I'm thanking you Bungie for giving me something fun to do even if I stink at pvp and get crappy rewards. While others see that .86 k/d I see lots of self improvement!!
