Exotic swords
Hey all, so, I've got one exotic sword on my hunter however do I need to do the entire quest again with each guardian to get the other 2? Seems annoying that you can't just redo the strike to squire each one rather than the entire quest? Only reason I ask is I used to run 3 hunters and recently deleted to run 1 of each and can't be bothered to run the sword quest 3 times?
Am I missing a trick guys? Is it more hassle than it's worth or is there a quick way once 1 exotic quest has been completed?

Thankfully you get to skip the 25 crucible kills part when doing it the second and third time around.

I didn't know you could get all 3 exotic swords on one character! Nice, razelighter for me then already got boltcaster

3 RepliesI think they changed it where you can go get the other swords from shaxx. Then equip them and level them up on the character that already did the quest. You will still have to do the materials gathering part and the final strike for each sword. But you get to skip the earlier steps.

In your case - go and buy the 2 other swords from Shaxx. Level them up to 280 or above Unlock all the perks including the hidden scabbard perk Go and talk to Shaxx again and he should give you the quest for the remaining two. On these 'new' quests, you'll be at the the stage to gather the materials and the ability kills. Progress from there as normal and you'll have your shiny new exotics swords.

1 ReplyGo to the character you already got one sword on. Go to shaxx. Buy the next sword you want. Then you just have to do the mat farming and the strike.
