This is such a stupid argument because the same can be said about any subclass. Just because you think that people don't know how to use it, that doesn't mean that it's true. Any person that is competent enough can use Defender effectively. That being said, the super still needs a buff because it is easily counterable compared to other supers and it has very little defenses despite its description.
And please don't use the argument that I stated above. It is really getting old and just has so many flaws to it.
Edit: Also don't give me any tips for "how to use" Defender because I didn't ask for any. I want real arguments and a real discussion. If I wanted your tips I would ask for them.
Edit: Simple buffs to incorporate would be to make the bubble indestructible or give it additional health and/or make it so that enemies get suppressed when they enter the bubble. I would also be fine if one or both of these were a perk in the skill tree to replace maybe Iron Harvest.

Edited by Rhydon: 7/18/2016 8:34:51 PMHere's how you use Defender: In Neutral game 1. Charge in with a shotgun, try to trigger force barrier with No Backup Plans. 2. If you don't die, and the shield absorbs the next hit, maybe get a double kill. 3. Switch to Striker because Shoulder Charge + Transfusion can accomplish the same thing without restricting your exotic armor and special weapon slot to a specific build. Shutting down other supers 1. Throw suppressor grenade. 2. Facepalm as your grenade misses due to the fact that they blinked/lunged out of the way and killed you. 3. Switch to Striker because Fist of Havoc will shut down roaming supers with no strings attached. Using Super 1. Set up bubble. 2. Wait a few seconds for someone else to pop it and kill you in the process. 3. Switch to Striker because they have so much more going for them.
