Landfall is still crushing Ward of Dawn bubbles.
I know that it was nerfed a bit back, and I don't want to see the ability completely destroyed, but the purpose of the nerf seemed to me to be the prevention of the bubble -the only defensive super, one meant to soak punishment- from being entirely negated by simply activating a roaming super.
I was glad to see it adjusted, however the truth is that I haven't seen any change in its consistent ability to crack the Ward like an egg.

The question i don't get is why the ward of dawn isn't like taken vandals bubbles. It lasts past death and CAN WITHSTAND a super. Even a celestial nighthawk golden gun shot and nova bomb do nothing.

Edited by Ge0rd1eb4lls: 7/15/2016 2:21:45 PMSeconded. Ward of Dawn is consistently losing out to supers. What's more, it is losing out to a fraction of those supers: - Landfall still kills a bubble, leaving the rest of the stormtrance available. - ONE Golden Gun combustion will kill a bubble, leaving at least 2 more available. - FOH shock wave will kill a bubble then push through to kill occupants about 50% of the time. - Bladedancers and Hammer Titans still have the ability to simply push you out for an easy kill. - Razors edge takes a bubble down in 3. You have at least 2 remaining. What I'm getting at is that it should be a super for a super TRADE. If I have a bubble, it should take a WHOLE super to remove it (aside from killing the titan). Or, at the very least, it should be a rock-paper-scissors scenario. It is a close range defense. So it should be weak to long range supers (Nova Bomb, Golden Gun) but immensely strong to close range (Bladedance, Radiance). The bubble is weak as hell right now. EDIT - No. The grenades are not an acceptable alternative. Their hit recognition sucks balls. The amount of supers I've seen walk through one is unreal.
