Not all of us know what a wave is, so I will begin this discussion by explaining.
In 3v3 or 2v2 game modes, it's easy to see that heavy ammo can cause chaos and give a certain team an unfair advantage, or simply ruin the sweatiness of the match in general.
Some people don't like picking up heavy, and the general method of communicating to the other team that you don't wish to involve heavy is to wave. That's right, just wave.
Now, I'm not saying that if a team doesn't wave it means that they have no clue what it stands for, maybe they just don't want to accept the wave. But this post is to educate those who don't know why the other team starts waving once heavy spawns and then get mad when you pick it up.
Please respect the wave. Not all players use it because some enjoy using heavy, but if a match is extra sweaty and you'd rather not involve heavy ammo into it, simply wave so the other team hopefully understands and agrees to leave heavy ammo alone.

They wave it off and then grab both... I gave up on trying this... It's just not worth the risk IMO.
