Are PM bans based on Bungie time or user time?
It's 6:11PM (est) when I type this. My ban should've ended today at 5:31pm. Since you guys seem to get banned a lot from group chats; is it linked to bungie time (meaning it ends at 8:13pm) or is it linked to my time? Because it's still locking me out :(
