It fires a single MAC tube, sending a 2-ft ball of pure iron hurtling down into the atmosphere. By the time it reaches 1000 feet, the ball is only a few inches across, red-hot, and moving at .0001[i]c[/i]. It hits the ground at Smough's feet, sending a blastwave in all directions. Right before it hit, however, Shadow brings up a barrier in front of Valeyard, protecting them both*

[spoiler]Unfortunately...[/spoiler] [b]Ornstein drops down after the explosion. Particles begin to surround his body as he begins to glow.[/b] "Seriously. That was quick..." [b]He clutches his chest as what remains of Smough bursts into light, surrounding Ornstein. He begins to suddenly grow to around 13 feet tall. His spear is bursting with electricity.[/b] [u]"This'll be interesting..."[/u]

*Shadow steps up next to Valeyard, grinning* "Finally, somebody interesting." *She blurs and vanishes as Valeyard leaps forwards, spinning to slice his sword against Orn's chest*

[b]The blade slices through some of the armor, but Ornstein immediately counters with slamming a stake of lightning upon Valeyard, shaking the earth.[/b]

*Valeyard's armor takes the blunt of the blow, allowing him to leap back as Orn's legs are slashed, Shadow dancing back into the shadows. Valeyard spreads his wings and lifts off, floating several meters above the ground*

[b]Bleeding by the legs, Orn looks down, then back at Valeyard. He simply stands there, waiting...[/b]

"Hmm. Bored again. Do ye yield?" *Shadow pops out of Valeyard's shadow, landing on the ground* "These days it gets boring...."

[b]Murmuring, Ornstein leaps at both Shadow and Valeyard, slamming down with his spear.[/b]
