Snipers can still be countered, even if Time To Kill is slower. While many people might not want to use the meta, I find that Hawksaw is good at countering snipers, which is what I use if the other team is playing sweaty. And again, approaching snipers by closing the gap slightly vertically usually takes out most unsuspecting snipers, including myself if I'm not careful. If you use vertical space as you should, I suggest using a handcannon as they are the most accurate primaries when firing in the air. Also, use cover and slide/jump across sniper alleys if you must go through the them. I don't think I've ever personally been snipes this way and if I had been, then that meant the other player was skilled enough to track me quick enough. Sometimes you have to admit when you were simply outplayed rather than blaming the gun they used.
