If you know your team is gonna win the match. Find a spot and equipped the last word right away. You'll get some points
-
equip it on a stromtrace warlock. play mayhem clash. make sure it's your current weapon before you go Emperor Palp. You should be done in no time.
-
Aim down sights, pull the trigger individually rather than holding the trigger. Hip fire should not be used.
-
It dorsnt have to be with last word. Use a secondary and abilites u like while ts equipped and that will get u points
-
Pair it with a sniper, use it close range, and don't hip fire....it's a great gun but does have a huge skill gap, it's my favorite gun to use!!

A good tip is to hang back while your super is charging in mayhem, then pop it on and unleash get a few kills then unequip it. It makes for slow progress, but minimal risk.
-
Wait for heavy, equip it when you have heavy and then take it off after you've used it, or sit on the edge of a map sniping or somethings, and take it off when you're going to get special and stuff :)

You only need it equipped, just equip is and use melee, supers, grenades, special and heavy

Just finished mine up this weekend. I played mayhem. Would only equip tlw after first heavy assuming we weren't getting stomped. Then I just used my mg from heavy to heavy. Got a couple 10 kill streaks and my progress jumped up 20+ % each time. Probably got like 5 tlw kills during the whole process lol

Play mayhem. Remember you only need it to be equipped.

Edited by Doink Soulz: 7/11/2016 2:29:15 AMDon't bother hipfiring. Not worth it since they removed the extra damage. Try to aim by the chest, as you might get some occasional headshots. TLW is best used in that close-medium range where you would usually use a sidearm or fusion rifle, but remember, it's still a handcannon. TLW's reload is painfully slow and it doesn't have a very big mag, so avoid group encounters. Look to find 1v1 duels, and if group fights are a must, single out one target, and be sure to have adequate cover at all times to allow enough time to reload or disengage. Remember, TLW is FULL AUTO. I keep on forgetting that xD Good luck!
