RAF issues, not working
Buddy of mine has been out of Destiny until recently. Bought TTK on Wednesday 7/10, but RAF states that he has not purchased it, and his bnet profile is not working right at all. Please help. His profile is RogueTemptor and he's on XBox One

Has your friend personally bought Taken King or did he license transfer/ game share for it? Also, Bungie is aware of a few issues revolving around RaF so there may not be a logical explanation to why you can't do it but just a bug, just putting it out there for later.
