To bring back the Devil's Lair strike, make the enemies that clash not Fallen and Hive like Y1, but SIVA mutants and Taken, with not just one major in that room, but two, who are more interested in fighting each other. Dot the area with snipers and mines to impede our progress, and then at the end instead of fighting a walker and then a servitor, Have us fight a SIVA-Walker and a newly-repaired and SIVA-riddled S.A.B.E.R.-2. [spoiler](Now S.A.B.E.R.-3 I suppose.)[/spoiler] at the same time, where we fought the Fallen Walker in Y1.
Then, as a strike-exclusive reward, we can get either the Y3 Shadow of Veils for killing the S.A.B.E.R.-3 last, or the Y3 Wolfborne Oath/Servant of Aksor/Last Rebellion for saving the SIVA-Walker for last. You guys vote on which of those three in the comments below.
Also, would you prefer to see these weapons done up in the red paintjob of boss-exclusive Shrapnel Launchers+chroma slots, The brown paint-job of current Variks weapons+chroma slots, or would you prefer to see them SIVA-fied?
