I agree with the majority of these. Sunbreaker is in good place with tracking and the blast radius rn is fine as it is. Red death should get an overhaul on mid perks in general. SS shud get a decrease to peception jerking. TG and NS should get their second evade back. Aside from that this pretty good. Bump
