Video was taken down for some reason. Basically, on the Xbox One you can snap to internet explorer to look at the public event schedule while playing. ( not sure if the events schedule can be used for playstation users ) http://destinypublicevents.com/ The website says that the times represent when a public event [i]could[/i] happen but has worked each time i have tried.
