Here is a DLC/fanfic Raps and I have made. I'm sure he'll find it and continue it with me. Please enjoy.
-The Beast's Acension-
"So majestic, yet so terrifying."
transmission- "The Vex are hiding something. They have something, deeper in the Citadel. Deeper than the Vault. There is something down there, and I will find it.
As I descend deeper than anyone's gone, I have weird flashbacks, but I never did any of it. I am certain something lurks in the shadows, tracking me as I go farther down. It sends chills down my spine.
The most confusing flashback I've had so far is of myself standing on a platform with large chains bracing the platform to the cavern walls around. I see shadows of creatures I don't recognize. I hear a roar shaking the whole platform. A giant form rises out of the darkness below, with the Light and Darkness oozing out of it. It seems to be a dragon-bird hybrid. I seemed to know the name without knowing it. My gut tells me it's Karizat, but then the flashback ended.
I have to find it now, no matter the cost. I'll come back changed, but not for the better. You won't get any more messages from me for a while." -transmission ends.
"A certain special darkness will reign, and all who oppose will have death upon there steps."
Part 2 "Insanity takes control of people. Dangerously."
---------- 2 years later ----------
transmission- I have been down here for 2 years, and I have learned much. I feel as if I'm falling into a hopeless death spiral. I forget my name from time to time, as if its changing. I don't remember it at this moment.
I am laying on the verge of insanity. I still have visions. They're different now... Now they explain to me a story of moons and starlight. But the last vision was different, it was about death and destruction. The ground underneath me is rumbling. I will pick back up later.
[Ghost Recording]
[Inaudible Screech] My ears are bursting with noise, the dragon... It's here... I will-" -static. end of transmission.
Part 3 "Defiance of extinction."
Agghh! My ears are going to burst! [Sounds disperses] "What do you want!" No answer. "Don't be a coward!" Then, it rises out of the shadow. It is mind blowing how large it is, the wing span almost larger the body. "Come find me on Titan." With that, he vanished in light and dark.
Part 4 "The second moon of Mars, Titan. Beautiful."
I have made it to Titan, I hear names which come and go. But one sticks, "Alzzalam 'ataa". I don't know why its important, but it is. I walk into a baren landscape. I seek a dragon, but all I see are endless plains of rock. Methane rains down on the ground beneath me, but I still walk. I spot a ridge and I go to investigate. Theres a small opening, and I jump down into it. I walk through to find tombs scattered in the cave. Ghost tells me there's an opening in the wall, but there isn't. He says it's flush, but noticeable. I don't see it. He says someone or something used the darkness to disguise the entrance to be unseen. I touch the stone and it dissolves. More tombs.
Part 5 "All I seek is the winged creature lurking in the darkness."
This cave is rather odd. As I scan the tombs, Ghost tells me their names and what they were. There are races I have never heard of. As I go through, the methane stops dripping and a cavern opens up. I feel a surge of darkness as I approach a throne of bones. The darkness appears to be masking what lies beneath, hence why no one else is here, or has been. Karizat is prowling around his throne, thinking about what's on his mind, ignoring me. "What do you seek, Guardian?" He asks. I stare at him, wondering if the Ahamkara were not extinct all along. "I... I'm not sure. I seek knowledge. Knowledge of your kind." This seems, wrong, but right. Could he hold power of light and dark? I could be powerful with this information- "Don't bother. I know precisely what you think."
Mind reading? These creatures are fearsome. "I want to know what you were like. What you did, what you know." "Very well then. I will grant you wisdom. Telling you is pointless." Aggh, is this a headache? "What did you do to... me..." I fainted.
After I woke up, he was gone. Even his throne. I know things I didn't know before... I had a dream while I was out, too. "Come find me. Join me. We'll rule supreme. You know where to find me."
Volume 2, Part 1 "You know where to find me."
I start to ascend back up the steps, but suddenly my mind ran rapid. If this is what I seek, am I truly seeking? I came here on a ship, a needle in a night. But was I really here. Is this tomb the birthplace of my new self? I feel a change rush down my spine. A change which is almost unnoticeable.
I will leave now. But where? "Europa, the whispers screamed in empty space. Europa. Why Europa? This is no time for questions. I start walking back to my ship as another volcano erupts with methane dispersing into the air. A sound like no other compensating for the explosion.
I will find answers!
Volume 2, Part 2 "Answers."
Europa is just as cold as the Darkness. "You should go that way," the voices suggest from the back of my mind. I abide. I head towards a snowy mountain on my Sparrow, flurries of ice particles flinging up behind me.
The mountain peak is rather large. There Karizat awaits my arrival. "Why am I here?" I ask. "Only time will tell." He forcefully sends a vision into my mind. I pass out again.
Volume 2, Part 3 "Dragons of knowledge, power. Destruction."
I see why Alzzalam 'ataa is so important.
I am watching a young Ahamkara playing around with a large boulder, an adult Ahamkara sitting near. The size difference is massive- even the small one is the size of a small house. Who knows how large a fully grown Ahamkara is. "Father, when will you teach me more?" the small one asks. "In time, Karizat. In time." Father? This memory seems extremely old. He's barely grown... That means the father must be at least ten thousand years old!
It then switches to another scene. The large one's name is apparent- Azzalam 'ataa. There are Guardians crowding around the beast, but Azzalam is curled around Karizat. "You won't touch my son. Get any closer, you will die. A Hunter laughed and took a step forward. Azzalam teleported behind the Hunter. He fell dead. "You seem to not realize his Ghost will revive him, don't you, Azzalam?" the lead hunter remarked. He didn't revive. Azzalam's eyes flared with darkness. He blinked through five Hunters, who all dropped dead. Three Hunters used Shadowshot, but all failed. He dodged, but a Bladedancer caught him off guard an stabbed him. He roared in pain. "Father, no!" Azzalam shook off the Hunter and stepped on him. "Karizat, run." He asked him, kindly. Karizat let out a tear. "No, I can't." "Do it! Go! You're not safe!" With that, he ran.
I woke up. "Now you understand. He may be dead. We have to find him either way. Help me Guardian."
