Let me start this off by saying I main a hunter. I have played a bit on my titan and warlock but I have played the majority of my matches on my hunter. So I've been thinking about a way to help the shoulder charge "problem" I thought about nerfing it but I couldn't find a way to Nerf it without destroying it. So I thought that shoulder charge wasn't the problem. I thought of how to counter it doctrine, last word, shotguns, and heavy. After looking at that I found out that the only way to counter it is by dishing out high amounts of damage in a short time. I then realized that only two primaries can do that. So I thought that a good way to help the "problem" was by buffing primaries to make it so that you can shut down a shoulder charging titan before he splatters your brain on the wall. Even after the buff shoulder charge won't be worthless because you can use it for mobility and if you're playing smart you can still get a kill with it. So in the end stop asking for Nerf's and ask for buffs.

Just increase the damage take by incoming damage sources by 20% while the charge is active
