How many Pokemon GO trainers have you come across so far?
Since Pokemon GO has released (for the countries that it has so far), how many other people have you encountered in real life playing the game?
Just got finished watching the Secret Life of Pets at the outdoor mall I work at. My wife and I walked around afterwards and tried to see how many Pokemon we could find. The mall had lots of PokeStops and a few Gyms.
We must have run into at least a dozen other couples playing the game too. A few we talked to at one PokeStop.
So how about y'all?

I've seen about 9999999999999999999999999999. Anmals play it to. And so do plants. Thats how addicting this game is! (Dangerously addicting).

Gotten 5 friends into it. My brother told his coworkers about it. We saw two kids at our park playing because a gym is there. Watched a guy on the side and of the street take control of a gym. Quite a few

1 ReplyGot to work, coworker was playing it and manager was complaining about it being for kids. Got off of work and hopped on the bus. Some [i]really[/i] buff Hispanic guy was talking about how we have too many Gastly's around where I'm at. Got off the bus, a bunch of drunk guys were yelling excitedly about how there was a Horsea across the street.. This game is bringing everyone together.

My brother told me about how he popped a lure in a park yesterday and within like 20 minutes there were 10 people there. I laughed my ass off at him then downloaded it earlier.

I've had to see about 100. Everywhere I go to catch pokemon there are about 10-20 other people there. Lures deffinatley do lure people and pokemon in. 1 pokestop had about 30 people at it. This games is really something else. Encourages people to get out of the house, go for walks and then interact with other players.

I don't play, yet, but can't you see others who are playing in your area and walking around? Kind of lame if you can't. Would really help the social aspect if you could just tell out hey poketrainer123 want to group up??

I'm kind of afraid to to find out for myself, if only because of the feeling that I will probably be the oldest person there, and I'm also not as savvy when it comes to Pokémon despite my exposure to it for the 20 years it's been around.

First day of release in Australia I stopped off after work at 2am at a gym and there was a car there doing the same. They left. I headed to a nearby gym and they were there again! Day 2: went to a gym around the corner and there were 2 people there already! Went to gym in nearby cemetery and took it, but someone else took it before I had even left! Day 3: the park down the road from me had a heap of people with their phones out. Went to cemetery again and took the gym, there was already 2 people there, hour later someone had taken it. This game is huge!

Just me and my friend as far as I know, but I've only walked around my complex. I'll probably go to the park tomorrow to refill on pokeballs, maybe I'll see someone.

I went into a ups store and five minutes later this older lady and her daughter came in for something. Anyways I hear the daughter say "Oh! There's one outside mom, I gotta go catch it!" And so she went with her phone outside.

Pulled into a park where there was a gym and saw 10 grown people playing and about 5 teenagers playing it. I was astounded.

Edited by Auttumnnnn: 7/9/2016 3:36:57 AMAs I was walking away from a PokeStop, two other people walked up to it. And while I was sitting on some steps challenging a Gym, two other people showed up as well to do the same.

Haven't found any but there have been a few gym battles across my street, a guy on team instinct just took over the gym with a dragonite. Thank god im on instinct, lol.
