Just cleaned and got my sega Genesis working again from all the sudden Facebook nostalgia throw backs and turns out I still got it.
Beat lion king, Aladdin, jungle book, and Jurassic park but only as Alan grant not the raptor. Damn these games were hard.
Super sonic in the original is probably still my proudest gaming achievement. Though I did beat battle toads in my youth in coop, but was unaware of its reputation until far later so couldn't really appreciate it.
On to Ecco the dolphin and revenge of the shinobi.
Anyone else got some nostalgia they have been working through recently? Younglings from the later generations are welcome as well as the grizzled old timers that taught me the ropes in arcades.

I was listening to the Top Gear soundtrack and realized I still have yet to beat it. Time to bust out the SNES.

Target earth, Wonderboy in monsterland and phantasy star were my favorites along with many many others.

Streets of Rage is a Genesis game I like to come back to everyone once in a while. It's one of the first games I remember playing. That little intro scene's music really brings out nostalgic feelings ^_^ I would say Sonic too, but I play Sonic games pretty often now, so it isn't really nostalgia. And I prefer the modern ones over the Genesis ones anyway.

Battletoads, man. Beat it as a kid, but never managed to get past the level right after the jetski part. I'm sure I could, if I had the free time I had back then to just memorize everything. Alas...
