[RESOLVED] Destiny - Collections Edition HELP! ( DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR )

[b]UPDATE:[/b][u] Talked with Xbox Customer Support and they were able to refund me and allow me to purchase the CE I wanted with no problems! [/u] I know for sure I purchaced the collectors edition for my Xbox One - 80 bucks, I literally pressed to buy the collectors and yet when I log into the game, even after a game reboot, it shows me as having nothing. When I go to the content location for Destiny, I only see Destiny/Destiny: The Taken King. When I look at the bundles in the Marketplace, It tells me I own The Legendary Edition ( because of the little Manage button on it ) However when I click onto the Collector's Edition it is still showing me the full 79.99 price. I did [b]not[/b] buy the legendary edition, I carefully selected to buy the FULL 80 dollar Collector's Edition. I did purchase it through the game so perhaps it was a mix up there? Not sure. I do not have any CE Content and this is very upsetting given it's what I paid for, can anyone help me with this issue? I do not want to have to pay another 80 dollars to [i]maybe[/i] get something I should've gotten the first time. Any help would be appreciated, please! Thank you! Xbox One - iDoktorZ

  • Hello. Gamer jx is correct; you will need to contact Xbox Support regarding your Marketplace purchase. In addition, if your purchase history/games and apps doesn't indicate that you own the Collector's Edition, then you may not have purchased it.
