I just think that they don't play the game enough to understand it. They just look at numbers and make a decision.
It's important to know the feel of the game and what really matters to players.

Oh I know they don't or at best they play on their own private test server where nobody lags instead of out in public among the players. I could be wrong but based on some of the completely nonsensical nerfs and changes we've had throughout Destiny I believe they don't and just look at numbers and graphs which only tells half the story.
