Xavier: "Yeah. We better go, because there are-"
Ghostly looking things with red eyes come out of nowhere. They pull out their blades and start rushing towards Xavier, Rebecca and this new arrival.
Xavier: "Anomalies that are coming to kill me and... Ah fück it, we better go."

"Uh..." She shrugs. "What the hell, not the worst thing I've seen today." She follows them, keeping up was easy because, well, you know. Being thirteen feet in height means you can take big steps.
-
The anomalies start to catch up, slowly but surely. Xavier attempts to keep them off their backs by shooting a few pistol rounds into the Anomalies' faces. Rebecca dashed forward, her wings giving her a huge boost, going in front of everyone. Xavier: "Oh, come on! Don't go that fast!"
-
"Oh well. I hoped today wouldn't end with a headache." She turned around, facing the... machines? I guess? And stopped dead in her tracks. With her eyes closed, she seemed to be focusing.

Edited by Tamedfrog: 7/6/2016 5:53:57 AMThe anomalies seemed to pay no mind. They get ready to strike Ariel, not aware of what's going to happen next.
-
Then, she opened her eyes again. They were a solid violet. As if her head had transformed into a tesla coil, arcs of purple lightning shot out of her scalp and flew into the anomalies. As soon as the lightning connected, the Anomalies were flayed alive, rendering bone, flesh, metal alike into ashes and cinders. Not only that, but whenever the lightning touched one, it arced into another anomaly, causing a massive chain effect.
-
One anomaly appeared, it's appearance see-through and spiritual. Seems like they aren't sending out those type of units anymore. The anomaly waits for all the others to finish dissipating, the Lightning getting closer. It suddenly swings it's arm, stopping the lightning. It then clutches it's hands together, compressing the electricity into a ball. Xavier: "Looks like they have just learned something from another dimension."
-
Except it was no electricity. It merely looked like it was. But this... soul power, or whatever it was, couldn't be tamed. It dissipated. But, not without leaving marks, leaving unhealable scars upon both the anomaly and it's soul, if it had one.
-
The Anomaly fades away, it's emotionless expression staring at you. You somehow know that a huge wave is coming, because of the polygonal shapes appearing out of nowhere in front of you.
-
She began beating in retreat, but not because she was defeated. Simply because she needed her damn water. "Screw this. My hair is more important than you." She placed her hand on the ground, and a miniature warpstorm burst in the hallway, blocking the path. Ariel turned back to go find some god damned water.
-
The Anomalies struggle to get to Ariel and the others. They try throwing everything they've got at it, but it has no effect on this barrier. You hear the sound of metal from above, most likely a air vent. Those guys are clever than you thought. Though, it is getting a bit annoying. The anomalies somehow stop in mid-air as they jump out of the air ducts. They're just floating in mid-air, frozen to the spot.
-
She rolls her eyes. "Can you guys just let me get the water? I mean, I'll gladly do this all day, but I don't want my hair to dry like this. It's very bad."
-
Xavier: "So, when are we going to move? This time-stop won't last for long."
-
"Oh, you're still here? I thought you had ran away with your girlfriend."
-
Xavier: "Uh, no. Two things here: One, I haven't run away. And two, she's not my girlfriend. Anyway, we should get going." The Anomalies go back and forth in their places.
-
"Might as well then. Let's go find some water." She follows him.
-
Xavier: "So... How did you come here?"
-
"No earthly idea. As you know, I was in the middle of my shower. I didn't even get time to shampoo! That's ridiculous!"
-
Xavier: "Huh. Well, do you know where you were taking a shower at during that time?"
-
"Uh... in my house? Where else would I be taking a shower?"
-
Xavier: "The location of your house, then."
-
She laughs. What a stupid question. "Look, I'm sure your girlfriend and you are nice and all, but I'm not about to tell you where I live. Number one, I don't even know who you are. Number two, as far as I know, we've only just met each other. And number three, it's a bit of a secret. I can't just walk around and tell it to people willy-nilly."
-
Xavier: "So here's the thing: I basically need to know about everything. You see, I travel across dimensions, recording every bit of information that I come across. You know, events, locations, important people, stuff like that. I know you cannot tell me your location, but I'll find out eventually. So in short, I ask too many questions."
-
"I take it you don't make many friends like that..." She rolls her eyes. "Asking nicely would probably help you get better results."
-
Xavier: "It wouldn't be a problem if I had constant personality swings from time to time." Xavier then starts staring blankly into something. Xavier: "Such... Such as... Uh..."
-
"Well, I've wasted enough time standing around talking with a weirdo. I have to find water." She walks off. Visibly he wasn't going to help her.
