Ive been unable to play this game for about 1 month + now and playstation doesn't know what to do. I purchased the full game last year and everything was fine but now it shows up as a trial version. On the playstation store it shows that the game is purchased but there's no option to download directly from there so as directed by sony I went into library and reinstalled from the destiny folder. Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBYMlp_z4CA showed that playstation had a notification that missed me I guess about the issue. Other blogs said to select redeem on the menu in game and it will automatically work but every time i select redeem code/enter code nothing happens. Bungie doesn't have a contact # and playstation made me delete + reinstall and i've done that 5x now! I even rebooted my ps4 and ran it on safe mode... I already missed out on planned raids, the reef content, challenge's so I can get that raid ship, xur and on the road to missing iron banner as well! This is another attempt in resolving this in this forum and getting on the line with playstation again since activision said I have to contact you guys but at least they responded to me via chat.
