Do Three of Coins still work?
Just asking because 15 coins later still nothing.
Edit: Well 19 later and I got an engram. so they do work...eventually.

As of now it's taking 20 three of coins for 1 exotic engram on average now. Which is twice the amount that it was 3 weeks ago. I have tested it out today. I used 69 three of coins and got 4 Exotics.

2 RepliesYes three of coins still work I popped one before each mayhem crucible match today and I got: - Bad JuJu -Trespasser -The Last Word -Suros Regime -Zhalo Supercell -Patience and Time I got these all today an exotic dropped about once every 2 to 3 matches.

1 ReplyI have never gone this long without getting anything for my 3 of coins. It used to be at least like 33% of the time, now I've used 15 in two days and NOTHING :(

1 ReplyI heard there's a cool down. I use them every other crucible match. They work more than I thought they would.

I hop around with different characters using coin on story missions with ultras at the end of them. This has worked the best for me.

1 ReplyIf you don't get anything after 7 or 8, just give up for the day. I don't know how bungie works it...nobody really does. But some days, they just have it out for you, and you ain't getting anything. I used 2 the other day on ib and got an exotic. I played trials twice and got a doctrine. I've got a friend who plays trials every weekend and has never gotten a dop. Bungie is a fickle god, who givith, and more often than not, does NOT giveth

If you have 3 characters, it would work much better if you're trying to farm for exotics. My deal is; 1st-Titan- go kill a taken ultra while patrolling. Pop a 3oC and kill another in a different section...BAM EXOTIC. -change characters- 2nd-Hunter- do the same but on a different planet...BAM EXOTIC. -change characters- 3rd-Warlock- same or even CoE Rinse and repeat. I usually get 1 exotic per 3or4 3oC. Hope this helps you all.
