Many of you know that this election sucks this year. Also, I fear that regardless of whether or not Trump wins the election, his supporters are becoming authoritarian and will likely influence the Republican party to become an Authoritarian Right party. If that happens, you can expect a Republican victory in 2020 to be devastating to the well-being of the nation. I believe the only way we can counter this wave of authoritarianism is to convince the Democrats to become more libertarian. However, that may be tough since both parties do not actually care much about the citizens these days. But we can still slow down the authoritarian uprising by voting against Trump, preferably by voting libertarian this year.
