My only issue is Short Circuit, how much time is "lasting"?

well, so I mostly designed for PvE encounters. I hate getting a Hive Wizards shields down only for it to go back up after it hides in the corner. I don't mean Short Circuit to last an insane amount of time, just like, longer than a short amount of time. Players inflicted with Short Circuit could still regen health via Red Death, or Transfusion, or whatever. So, I'd probably say like 6 seconds, or 8 since it is a melee attack which requires high risk.

OK that sounds good. I like that you were thinking about PvE, nice to know that not everyone is a pvp tryhard worrying about their kdr. Because we all know that kdr matters so much in Destiny.

Most of the perks were designed for PvE but then redesigned to fit in with PvP events like Trials of Osiris. I already see problems with my subclass add ons in Trials, but still, I think it's worth the chaos it would bring.

Oh yeah. I mean trials is for the tryhards anyways, plus with these additions it let's us see who is actually a badass and who is reliant on their meta or cheap weapons/tactics.

Edited by Legend of Jordy: 7/1/2016 6:16:34 PMIn Trials with this concept, I would imagine Sunsingers and Defenders to rule the court. Then again, Sunbreakers and Stormcallers could be OP in groups of the same class since their Orbs of Light abilities. Gunslingers would probably kick the bucket, Bladedancers wouldn't be the best either... Voidwalkers could do some interesting plays with Hysteria. Strikers and Nightstalkers would probably be average.

Yeah.
