Have to agree. It seems some people can spend entire matches using a sniper (or shotgun) as their primary and it makes actual primaries kind of obsolete. I think it's been amplified with banner being clash. No objectives often mean you get the same old types who camp in corners with snipers. Makes the game tedious.
