There is a rushing sensation, then a crash as you slam into a tumultuous ocean. Lightning flares in the sky, and massive waves crash all around you. You see a ship reminiscent of those the Vikings used cutting through the waves.

I freeze a 5 by 7 foot rectangular panel of the ocean, about 5 inches thick. I then climb on top of it, in order to keep myself afloat.
-
You cling to the frosty panel of ice, tossing and turning beneath the waves. The ship, having sighted you, throws a rope over, it barely reached the edge of your platform. A flash of lightning slashes from the angry sky into the ice next to you. It fractures. Under this onslaught, your little raft won't last long. The rope almost slips into the ocean, if you plan on grabbing it, do it now.
-
I cling onto it, grasping it with both hands as tightly as I can. The frost of my hands. Dribbles of ice flow through the rope, causing it to stiffen somewhat.
-
You feel yourself hauled off the ice platform, and dragged through the frigid water, so cold that even you can feel it. You are pulled up over the side of the ship, and collapse. Lightning flares in the sky, and you can see several dozen Viking like sailors, hanging on to the ship for dear life in the storm.
-
I wave to the sailors, and grab the ship tightly wherever I can, preparing for the impact of Mother Nature's tantrum.
-
Wind whips around you, and hours later, it finally clears. The ship, unfortunately is taking water.
-
I freeze the holes in the ship, preventing more water from entering.

"The wood is warped, and it won't hold forever," a gruff man who appears to be the captain grumbles, "but that sorcery of yours is mighty appreciated." You sight land ahead, but the captain and crew pointedly look away. The man at the tiller begins to steer away from the land, although you know that the ship won't hold together for long.
