This is a thing that bugs me. Once you find yourself looking at that glint, it is really about the sniper's gunskill. I have tagged snipers with 2 head shots just to get domed. And I have eaten shots just to time my shot so I still get the headshot despite the flinch. I'd be in favor of more flinch and de-scoping on headshots. Snipers should be more of an ambush and patience tactical weapon than the high-caliber scout rifles they become in skilled (not mine) hands.
