Has anyone else noticed that since the 6/23 update all kinds of things have changed back in PvP? Quickscoping's back, unflinching doesn't work, armor piercing rounds go through walls, & The Last Word seems to extremely dominate again just to name a few. I heard PvE is even having a bunch of new issues. Did the lasted update undo the last 6mths of patches?
