The maps aren't big enough for long distance combat. Sniper rifles are ohk in real life so 2 hit kills are 1/2 as powerful as actual sniper rifles.
Sounds like a nerf post to me decreasing the weapons power.

I don't want just a decrease I want sway, etc I want to see good snipers kill me and say damn what a shot. Not oh he can't even use a sniper and uses a weapon with no penalty for messing up at all and still get a kill of for spamming shots or get a kill for switching to his primary.
