I just finished watching a really good one from netflix called "Your Lie In April" its so damn good and it almost made me cry. Normally I don't watch anime but it was 5 solid stars and it deserves that, it's a visual masterpiece too.
Edit: i still can't believe one punch man hasn't been mentioned .

Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Sequel Watch it, you won't regret it.

Watch the English dub Of Ghost Stories. It's hilarious and you won't get off to it unless you're a pedophile.

Edited by meh: 6/27/2016 10:57:24 PMWord of advice, look at the tags. If you see the ecchi or harem tag, you want to avoid it. My recommendation would be 'the future diaries', which sort of dabbles in most genres, including action, adventure, tragedy, comedy (made me laugh anyway), mystery, physchological, sci-fy, romance, fantasy(sort of, vaguely. I'm basing this off the god). Best character development I have ever seen, in regards to both backstory and the changes to the characters in the show. Mc starts off as unbearable, becomes great through loads of small changes. Story's good, got interesting twists. If you do watch it, don't watch the OVA. Most people like it, but i liked how it originally ended.

It's time to stop waifu abuse

If you don't enjoy this, I lose hope in your understanding of a good anime.
ghost hunt
Future diary. Watch out there is nips in it but trust me you can't wank to it, it's more for art and you won't want to

Edited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 6/30/2016 4:39:24 PMBerserk. Just watched all three of the recent movies and they were good. If you can find the original series, that's good too. They both cover the same story, but the movies go just a bit further so you get an explanation for something, whereas the original series does not.

The Magi series is criminally underrated.

You should try Berserk. You really should. I don't know if it's on Netflix or not, so here is some links. https://kissanime.to/Anime/Berserk This is the 1997 anime. It was an amazing story, lots of story. Was a great anime, but bad animation. But hey, it's a classic. https://kissanime.to/Anime/Berserk-Golden-Age-Arc-I-The-Egg-of-the-King-Dub This is the first movie in a trilogy made in 2012 of Berserk. Honestly do what you like, but the movies has more emotion and quality in it to me. As much as everyone disagrees with me, I liked the movies more. Beyond Berserk, you should try Akame ga kill Angel beats Erased
