Descoping is a horrible idea and would destroy pve. The only way this would be acceptable is if you desprint when being shot so shotguns couldn't run full speed.
Bullets do not land where you point them when jumping.
This isn't anything like halo besides the makers and the fact we use guns. The ability to equip two main weapons completely changes the dynamic of pvp. If primary weapons were a more viable weapon snipers or shotguns would not be a dominate force. But with primaries being ridiculously weak it's the main focus. People are going to use weapons that are most effective which are not primaries. If primaries allowed guardians to kill more quickly then people would use shotguns and snipers less.
People think kill times are fine but go for the fastest kill time weapons like grasp. Deep down people want faster ttk that is why they use weapons like grasp or at one point doctrine or thorn and so on.
I don't get why people think anything in this meta is OP. Are you year 2 people that forgot what it was like in Year one or didn't play in year one? Everything in game now is ridiculously weak compared to year one but people want things nerfed? But then farm for hours for a really "good" primary weapon with a fast ttk?
