"Very well, then. Let us get going."
Kor'El stood up from the table.
"I will only borrow him for a short moment."
He says, looking at Mir'ika.

Lucas stands up as well, giving Miri a grateful nod. "I'll be back soon.."
-
With Lucas, Kor'El returned to the warehouse, descended the stairs and walked up to Lucas' mech. "This is it, huh?"
-
In the days that Lucas had been there he started repairs on the mech, tools and oil were laying around the mech itself. "This is it, yeah. Currently busy with fixing it up though; girl got roughened up a bit couple days ago."
-
"Can I... give her a try?" He said, looking at him.
-
Lucas frowns, and bites his lower lip a bit as he thinks, eventually carefully saying, "Be gentle with her.."
-
"Oh, have no fear." Then, something strange happened. The glowing red fents of the battlesuit glew even stronger, as they poured out of the suit. As it was emptied, a cloud of red energy floated in the air. The cloud then flew into his suit, powering it up. It began moving around as if it was piloted. "hm... primitive, but nonetheless efficient. This is good work!"
-
A smile forms on his face. "Thanks! I did my best on her, proud of her too." Lucas pauses for a bit, his head tilting a little. "Wonder how many times I'm gonna be surprised by everything this place has to offer.. It's pretty damn crazy."
-
"Oh, it is only the surface. But I will tell you now... most surprises you will find will be unpleasant. This place isn't as nice as us."
-
"Oh, I know. I already met one of those unpleasant surprises when some giant.. thing showed up in a geyser of blood. Luckily Miri was there to save the day.." He said, still thankful.
-
"Ah, she must have been using the Justificator. It's a very recent suit, luckily, it's maker is one of my only remaining friendly contacts within the Empire. He shared a copy of the blueprint with me."
-
"Justificator, eh? Name definitely suits it well." He says honestly. "...But eh... You wouldn't happen to have any spare parts laying around... that I could use, right?"
-
"Oh, I'm afraid not our resources are very limited in this place."
-
"That's what I expected.. Eh, no matter, really. It'll work fine for now, just have to finish repairs."
-
"alright then." He jumps out of the suit, the red cloud returning to his previous suit.

Edited by Nibber Schipper: 6/25/2016 12:48:56 PMHe just watches, his head tilt in curiosity. There were some truly strange things in this place. "Let's go back to the.. gang then, shall we?"
-
"Yes, we should." He returns to the kitchen with Lucas.
-
Once there, Lucas stretches a bit. "S'there coffee somewhere? I'd like some.."
-
"Yeah! Gimme a sec babe." Mir'ika, who was sitting at the table, got up to make some coffee.
-
"Oh! Thanks a lot for that, Dearest!" He said with a wide smile.
-
She returns with a cup of coffee for him. "So, any plans for today?"
-
He takes the cup with a grateful smile and a thankful nod. "None that I had planned, no. Might try to cook something for you though!"
-
"Alright! I was planning on washing the mechs today anyway."
-
"And in the meantime I'll be doing my best to cook something edible without blowing up the kitchen." He giggles.
-
"Alright then. See you at lunch!" She kisses him quickly before going back downstairs.
-
He smiles a bit, and looks around the kitchen, silently saying to himself, "I never was good at cooking.. Could try something like.. waffles? Maybe.. pancakes? No, I'm allergic to those.. Waffles it is! Just need.. Flour, and a waffle iron.. and milk.. and other things.."
